These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and SKJ Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," "our"), Shawnee, Oklahoma, USA, governing your use of the Ondelle mobile application ("Ondelle" or the "App"). By downloading or using Ondelle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Ondelle is a wellness and educational tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and its predictions are estimates based on the information you enter.
You use Ondelle at your own discretion and risk.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Ondelle for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the terms of the store you downloaded it from (Apple App Store or Google Play).
Ondelle offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, Ondelle Premium, which unlocks additional features (such as detailed food and comfort guidance, pattern insights, advanced fertility tools, partner linking, pregnancy mode, themes, and an ad-free experience).

Subscription terms:
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are handled by the respective store in accordance with its policies; we generally cannot issue refunds directly.
The free version of Ondelle is supported by advertising. Ads are served on a non-personalized basis and we do not use your health data for ad targeting. You can remove ads by subscribing to Ondelle Premium.
The information you enter belongs to you and is stored on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy at this page. You are responsible for keeping your own backups. We are not responsible for data lost due to device failure, deletion, or uninstalling the App.
You agree not to: misuse the App; attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell it; use it for any unlawful purpose; or rely on it as a substitute for professional medical care.
Ondelle, including its design, content, and branding, is owned by SKJ Enterprises LLC and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.
Ondelle is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that predictions will be accurate or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKJ Enterprises LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on the App (including those relating to fertility, contraception, or pregnancy). Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKJ Enterprises LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Ondelle after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
