This Privacy Policy explains how SKJ Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Shawnee, Oklahoma, USA, handles information in connection with the Ondelle mobile application ("Ondelle" or the "App"). Please read it carefully. By using Ondelle, you agree to this Policy.

Ondelle lets you log information such as period dates, predicted cycles, fertile windows, ovulation, symptoms, moods, basal body temperature, ovulation-test results, intimacy, pregnancy details, and personal notes.
This information is stored locally on your device. It is not transmitted to us, and we do not have access to it. If you create a backup, that backup file is controlled entirely by you (for example, saved to your own device or storage). If you restore from a backup code, that happens on your device.
Because this includes sensitive reproductive-health information, we have intentionally designed Ondelle to keep this data on your device rather than on our servers.
Any name or contact details you enter to set up Ondelle are stored on your device to personalize your experience. We do not transmit or store these on our servers. If a future version of Ondelle introduces cloud accounts or syncing, we will update this Policy and ask for your consent before any health data leaves your device.
Ondelle offers an optional paid subscription ("Ondelle Premium"). Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) using their in-app billing systems. We do not receive or store your payment card details. The store may share limited transaction information with us (such as whether a subscription is active) so we can unlock Premium features. Apple's and Google's handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
The free version of Ondelle may display ads served through Google AdMob. We configure these ads to be non-personalized, and we never share your cycle, fertility, or other health data for advertising. AdMob may collect limited technical information (such as device identifiers and general, coarse data) to deliver and measure ads. On your device, you control ad tracking through your device's App Tracking Transparency and privacy settings. Ondelle Premium removes ads.
Apple or Google may provide us with aggregate, anonymized crash and performance reports if you opt in to share them with developers in your device settings. This information does not identify you and does not include your health data.
We use information only to: operate and improve Ondelle; provide and unlock features you purchase; display and measure ads on the free version; and respond to support requests you send us.
We do not sell your information. We share only as follows:
Your health data is retained on your device until you delete it. We use reasonable measures appropriate to an on-device app. No method of storage is 100% secure, but keeping your data on your device — rather than on our servers — significantly reduces exposure.
Ondelle is intended for users 13 years of age and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use Ondelle with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because health data is stored on the device and not collected by us, contact us if you believe a child has provided information that you'd like addressed.
Ondelle is operated from the United States. Because your health data stays on your device, it is not transferred to us across borders. Purchase and ad-related data is handled by Apple and Google under their own policies and infrastructure.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date, and significant changes will be reflected in the App or on our website.
